I have been waiting to get my car serviced for the recall part since January!! Every time I call to get the status of where I am in line I’m constantly getting the run around. I’ve been number 4 for months now. It seems like they get in who they want to get in. I took my vehicle in to get the radiator hoses to be looked at and “Lynn” the service advisor I was working with stated it would be 179 to get a diagnostic done I said that’s fine. She then called me and said for the additional services to get my car running correctly how much it would be. Seemed really high so I declined services. When I went in to pick my car up and pay for the diagnostic she came talking about I owed 358 and some change. I stated to her that’s NOT what I was quoted when she called me. She then proceeds to say I was charged for two diagnostics one for my coolant leaking and for my check engine light. Mind you I had taken and gotten a diagnostic where I get my oil changed and they told me it was my 02 sensor and a misfire at the time and she claimed to me that wasn’t the reason why my light would be on. I don’t like how this woman TRIED to take advantage of the fact I’m a female and trying to get over but that isn’t cool AT ALL! Comes off as shady/ crooked in my eyes and really doesn’t sit well with me. It’s to the point if I ever have to take my car back up there I wouldn’t want to deal with her. Even when I called checking on the status of my vehicle her attitude wasn’t very friendly. I’m a single mom doing it all by myself and I don’t need shady underhanded people trying to take advantage and get over on me. Then I was told when they thought I would be getting the work done that they were ordering the recall part for my vehicle now it’s I’m number four!!!! Which one is it. Very poor service. I did speak with a lady named Kim and she was very nice and helpful but this lady Lynn I hope and pray I don’t have to deal her because the fact she tried to double charge me and when I stated I was calling my mother that fact she immediately says I’m fixing it doesn’t sit right with me at all. I understand that’s how I guess they make they money but don’t play those games with me. Don’t play on my intelligence like that! Very disrespectful in my eyes.
This is the 3rd new or newer car I have purchased from a dealership, and this was the WORST experience I have ever had.
I bought this car on my birthday weekend in November (8th) they still have not held up to what they said they were gunna do about the immediate issues I had with the car I purchased. I can't believe this dealership is even still in business. Honestly, I just expect you to do what you say you are going to do.

10/16/23 I called back and she asked me to call again tomorrow.

Mark the sales manager took great care of us!
We were in a hurry to purchase a second vehicle for work and he made our trade in and purchase very smooth. He kept us informed and was able to work the deal so we didn’t have to take off work and sit at the dealership for hours. We appreciate his time and efforts in making this happen for us!
I wont rate the dealership as I haven't really dealt with them, but I do like the service department. We brought my sons older vehicle in for some work, and Kim was awesome. She kept us informed and even made the bill more palatable. Definitely the place for Jeep service in my book.
My experience was very pleasant overall. After I got the car home a”check engine “ light came on. I asked for the salesman to return my call on three different occasions without success. I finally decided to have my local mechanic to check it out. He replaced the gas cap and the purge valve. My cost was $263.00. I believe I should be reimbursed for this expense.
Saleswoman Crystal was respectful and did a nice job with our sale. Sales manager was ok, the old “we don’t make any money here” is redundant, certainly not true and just causes him to lose his credibility during the sale. If I can’t believe one thing, how can I believe anything he has told me. Overall fair experience.
Very happy with my experience. My Ram Promaster sounds great now. They were very upfront about everything and worked with me and my third party warranty company. The process was smooth and communication was good.
ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT waste your time at this useless dealership especially with CRYSTAL HOPSON. I bought a Jeep Renegade a week before moving to Florida so I was very specific about the warranty I needed. I was sold extra add ons that I couldn't even use after moving, lied to about it extra services and free oil changes that again I found out that I couldn't use after moving. My Jeep has been to a dealership THREE TIMES for repairs within a year of buying it. I had to get the FINANCE MANAGER to send me all my paperwork and what I needed for the warranty because Crystal has been nowhere to be found since I walked out of this dealership. She was only concerned about the sale and a great review on Google. Not to mention I cooked an entire lunch for the whole dealership and delivered it the next day THINKING I had just gotten a great deal with good people. Save your time and money on these LEMONS and grimy sales people. WASTE.
